  • 2 1/2 seasons in WHL with Seattle Thunderbirds
  • 2 World Junior Championships (1987 Czechoslovakia, 1988 Moscow)
  • Drafted 1987 to Pittsburgh Penguins (1st round, 5th overall)
  • Spent 14 seasons in NHL with various teams including:(PIT, EDM, TBL, PHX, PHL, VAN, ATL)
  • Played 510 NHL Games 
  • Spent 5 seasons in Europe (Finland, Germany, Italy) 
  • Currently a Fire Fighter with City of Edmonton
  • Coached St. Albert Minor Hockey past 4 seasons 
  • Worked for dozens of various hockey schools since age 16

New REC Academy at END and BK Schools 2024/2025

École Notre Dame and Bertha Kennedy Catholic School will offer Recreation Academies to students grades 4-6 for the upcoming school year.

REC Academy at J.J Nearing Elementary School

Check out the new recreation academy starting up at JJ Nearing in the fall of 2023. This program will be for grade 4 - 6 students.
