Sports like you have never had before! Sports Academy students will receive specialized skill and fitness training in hockey, soccer, gymnastics, cheer, and dance and will benefit from an enhanced physical education program.

Students will encounter physical workouts on and off the ice/field and receive professional instruction in an environment suitable for their development as players. This environment will be relaxed and disciplined, allowing the athlete to embrace all activities with an understanding of what is expected.

NEW: Baseball

Our baseball academy will focus on developing a well-rounded set of fundamental
skills essential for success in the sport. These skills encompass both offensive
and defensive aspects of the game. Here are some fundamental skills that will be
taught in the baseball academy for grade 4 - 6 students.

Gymnastics, Cheer & Dance Program

Greater St. Albert Sports Academy is proud to partner with Dynamyx Gymnastics Club and Alberta Cheer Empire for the Gymnastics, Cheer, and Dance program for grades 4-9. This program will allow students to experience gymnastics, cheering, and dance.

GCD is for all skill levels and will be offered at all five Academy schools* on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings (elementary grades) and afternoons (junior high grades). Through this program, athletes will have the opportunity to perform within the community and in their schools. Performance Athletics promotes confidence in all athletes through hard work, dedication and fun!
